For Course Purchases made from REED.co.uk
Under this policy, you may cancel your purchase of the course within the period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the contract of purchase is concluded. This is called a “Cancellation Period”. Note that if you redeem your voucher during the Cancellation Period, you expressly request us to begin providing the course materials. You acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel the course purchase and get any refund for it. In case you decide to cancel your purchase of a course, it can be done in the following way:

If you cancel the purchase of a course within 14 calendar days as mentioned above, we will refund you for all payments made as a part of your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day we accept that you are entitled to a refund.
Enrolling Free Courses Regarding The Advertisement on REED:
Sometimes we provide free* (*some conditions may apply; which are described below) course enrollment opportunity to the enthusiastic learners. In case of claiming your free courses from us regarding the REED purchase you need to contact us via Email.

Some other obligations to get the Free Courses from our website,
1. You must fulfill the age requirement. (In case of checking the AGE and real Identity Guardian Academy can ask your proof of identity, for example Passport Scan Copy or Photo, Driving License, National ID Card etc.),
2. To get the certificate you must finish the course,
3. In case of free courses, we will not provide you any accredited certificate. But, you can apply for a free PDF (Portable Document Format) certificate,
4. You need to pay a certain fee to get the hard copy of your Certification of Course Completion (The course you have taken from the FREE Course offer/advertisement),
5. You will have the opportunity of choosing your course or additionally you can ask for suggestion to our customer service which course can be more suitable to your career. Our Customer service team will cooperate you.
6. Diploma Courses, Professional Degree Courses and Masterclass Courses are out of the FREE courses locus/offer.
7. When you enroll our courses and want to proceed with the free courses as per the advertisement you see on REED (REED.co.uk) then you must respect and obey our policy.
Some times all of the above information can not be showed in the Marketplaces Like REED, Laimoon, or others due to the shortage of placement of advertisement.

Course is that curricular space in which the Mentors and/or instructors will be in charge of imparting knowledge regarding a certain subject and/or particular topic to several Users 1 through classes taught through the Guardian Academy Platform.
Memberships
Memberships is the term used to define the types of subscription for a limited time to our Services, which grant access options to the Courses and Services that Guardian Academy offers through the Platform so that the User You can choose the most convenient option depending on your preferences, rates, and Courses.
Product
Product is the term that defines access to the course or to a Package of Courses within the Catalog of Courses offered by Guardian Academy, regardless of the subscription of a Membership. In case the User chooses to access one of the Products, he/she may access the Course and view classes online and/or live, and their respective contents.
Cancellations And Refund Policy

For some courses, you must complete Name Verification, but for others, you must also complete ID Verification, which includes submitting a photo and verified ID.

If you find any link on our Website that is offensive for any reason, you are free to contact and inform us any moment. We will consider requests to remove links but we are not obligated to or so or to respond to you directly.
